With the Canon of Scripture closed. I can say that the ministry of Pat Robertson of the 700 club speaks for itself. It is a False teaching that is not supported by any Biblical support. Please be very careful as you listen to people who make claimes without the backing of Holy Scripture. and on top of that ask for you to donate money to that false cause. as a True believer in our Lord Jesus Christ give your support in Time , Prayers and money to the furthering of the TRUTH of God's Holy Word.
